At SpiceKart, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and include tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is also required.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@bizburn.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation, as they will not be accepted.
